Travel distance of 65 miles from the jobsite qualifies for per diem of $145 per day worked
Ability to work during the scheduled 9-day shutdown
Position Overview
Trade Management is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians with strong, verifiable hands-on experience working with rigid threaded conduit (RMC) .
This is not an entry-level electrical position . Candidates must be able to independently and efficiently measure, cut, thread, bend, and install rigid conduit without requiring extensive instruction or supervision.
We are looking for skilled electricians with strong industrial backgrounds who can step onto the jobsite and immediately contribute to conduit installation and other industrial electrical work.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven industrial electrical experience .
Strong hands-on experience with rigid threaded conduit (RMC) .
Must be able to independently: Measure and lay out rigid conduit runs.
Cut rigid conduit accurately.
Thread rigid conduit using appropriate threading equipment.
Bend rigid conduit to required specifications.
Install and secure rigid conduit efficiently.
Ability to operate conduit threading equipment independently .
Experience installing conduit in industrial environments.
Wire pulling and electrical installation experience.
Ability to work from electrical drawings, layouts, and jobsite instructions.
Knowledge of proper electrical installation and safety procedures.
Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Physically capable of performing industrial electrical work, including heavier conduit installation and wire pulls.
Preferred Qualifications
Several years of hands-on industrial electrical construction experience .
Extensive rigid conduit installation experience.
Experience working with multiple sizes of rigid conduit.
Previous industrial shutdown, plant, manufacturing, or similar heavy industrial experience.
Experience with large wire pulls and electrical distribution installations.
Familiarity with electrical codes and industrial safety requirements.
Current electrical apprentice or journeyman license is a plus.
Candidate Screening Requirements
Before submitting a candidate, please verify their actual hands-on rigid conduit experience . Years of general electrical experience alone will not qualify a candidate for this position.
Candidates should be able to clearly explain:
What sizes of rigid conduit have you personally worked with? Can you independently measure, cut, thread, bend, and install rigid conduit? What type of threading equipment have you operated, and how frequently did you perform this work on your previous projects?
