Job TitlePasadena, CA – 91101 (Remote)9-12 months (Possible extension)Top Daily Responsibilities:Responsible for processing broker appointment and attribution requests, maintaining accurate broker records, and responding to broker inquiries.Provides operational support for broker onboarding, compliance, and ongoing broker relationship management while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.Top Three Things Worker Will Be Doing:Process broker appointment requests and ensure timely completion of appointment activities.Manage broker attribution requests, including updates, corrections, and ongoing maintenance.Respond to broker inquiries and provide support related to appointments, attribution, and associated processes.Top Three Skillsets Needed:Broker licensing, appointment, and attribution expertiseStrong customer service and communication skillsSystems proficiency, problem-solving, and attention to detail
