Job description
Sagepoint Energy in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Manager of Brokerage Accounts to grow spot load volume and revenue by managing broker relationships and negotiating rates for Sagepoint's truck fleet.
You will coordinate with Dispatch and Operations to load trucks on profitable lanes, monitor load boards, and onboard brokers while maintaining data in the TMS and CRM. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
