Job description
Brokerage CoordinatorThe Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.Key ResponsibilitiesListing Tracking & project management of marketing initiatives related to active Listing assignmentsDatabase managementSalesforce and CRM managementBrokerage EventsCostar and LoopNetClient facing communication related to marketing initiativesClient reporting (Primarily Landlord Marketing Update Deliverables)Mapping and AerialsSignage design, E-blast design, Brochure design, and Marketing Boards designCase StudiesEvent planningAssist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)Reporting RelationshipRole will report to the following:Market Director of Operations or Office Manager (in rare cases fee-earner directly)MetricsRole will be evaluated on the following:Accuracy of produced documentsTimeliness of produced documentsCommunication and collaboration with other team membersBackground and ExperienceDemonstrated experience should include:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field2-5 years' experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experienceProficient of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator requiredDatabase managementCompetenciesStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong Marketing and Design CapabilitiesAbility to multitask & operate in a fast paced environmentAbility to take direction from multiple sourcesHighly organized and good project management skillsExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstaclesCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $25.13 - $29.57.
