Job description
True Health NY in Brooklyn seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient adult primary care team. You will provide preventive, acute and chronic care, build a longitudinal patient panel and collaborate with a site-based physician and multidisciplinary team.
This site-anchored role offers a defined Brooklyn home office, four- or five-day schedules, no inpatient calls, a competitive base salary of $145,000–$170,000, and potential incentives and sign-on support.
