Job description
NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island in Brooklyn is seeking a Field Nurse for the Home Care Division. The role provides safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, direct nursing care, and patient education. Requires NY RN license, BSN, and BLS; strong communication and computer skills are essential.
