Landmark 24 Homes is seeking an energetic and licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team in the Brunswick and St. Marys, GA market. As one of the region's top builders with 14 active communities and in-house mortgage services, we provide unmatched support, warm leads, and a steady pipeline of inventory. What you will do:
Create an exceptional experience for prospective homebuyers from their first visit through closing.
Nurture leads, build relationships, and guide prospective buyers through the homebuying process..
Understand buyers' needs and preferences and recommend homes, floor plans, communities, and options that best fit their needs.
Conduct engaging model home and community tours while confidently presenting home features, amenities, pricing, incentives, and the new construction process.
Maintain accurate customer information and consistent follow-up using CRM and other technology tools.
Guide buyers through the offer and contract process and help facilitate a smooth transaction from contract to closing.
Collaborate with management, lenders, construction teams, and internal staff to provide a seamless customer experience and support timely home delivery.
Conduct Open Houses to generate buyer interest and sales opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, community offerings, pricing, incentives, and available inventory.
Generate additional sales opportunities through networking, referrals, follow-up, and personal prospecting.
Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service
Requirements:
1 + year Experience in Real Estate or New Home Construction Sales
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Comfortable using CRM and technology tools to manage leads.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between communities as needed.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
Professional communication and presentation
Compensation:
Commission Based Structure ($85,000 - $175,000 annually) plus monthly bonuses
