Job description
Compass Connections in Cameron, TX, is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead medical services at the Los Fresnos facility. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and coordinate clinical staffing and training to support health care plans for children in care.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS (PALS preferred), and a minimum of five years RN experience with two years in management.
