Working knowledge of Avaya voice systems, VoIP, SIP/PRI trunks, media gateways, voicemail, call accounting, ISP/OSP copper and fiber infrastructure, and cable-management records.

Ability to interpret PWS requirements, technical orders, OEM manuals, drawings, work orders, service-level priorities, and quality metrics.

Excellent customer communication, scheduling, documentation, conflict resolution, and technical-report-writing skills.

Associate or bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, Business/Program Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant military or specialized technical training may substitute for formal education.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible telecommunications, voice, network, or base-communications experience recommended, including at least 3 years leading technical personnel or managing comparable O&M services.

Federal, DoD, Air Force, installation-level communications, or other highly regulated mission-critical experience strongly preferred.

Experience managing performance metrics, quality control, safety, deliverables, outages, work orders, and customer coordination required.
