About the Role:
The Buca Paisano Partner (GM) in Valencia is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustained business growth. This role demands strategic planning and execution to drive sales, control costs, and maintain high standards of quality and service. The GM will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the brand’s values and operational goals. Additionally, the GM will manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Ultimately, the role aims to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction through effective management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and labor laws.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience with multi-unit restaurant management.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
Certification in food safety or related areas.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance and engagement levels.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, payroll, and inventory management.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local operations with company objectives.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
