About the Role:
The Buca WA Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by efficiently delivering food and beverages to guests. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The primary end result of this role is to enhance the dining experience by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. The WA Runner will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Ultimately, this role is vital in supporting the front-of-house team and ensuring that guests leave with a positive impression of their experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
