At Bucciferro Family McDonald's, we believe great leaders build great teams - and great teams feel like family. We're looking for passionate, people-first General Managers who are ready to bring energy, lead with heart, and help others succeed.
If you're driven, love working with people, and want to be part of something bigger, this is your opportunity to lead a restaurant where your team looks to you for guidance, support, and inspiration every single day.

The Company For You
At Bucciferro Family McDonald's, we're committed to helping you reach your goals. With strong support, leadership development, and real career paths, this is a place where you can build a future - not just a resume.
What You'll Do
As a General Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant - bringing everything and everyone together.
Lead with Purpose: Run a successful, high-performing restaurant while upholding McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
Inspire Your Team: Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers, helping them reach their full potential
Build Something Great: Hire, train, and grow a strong team that feels supported, motivated, and proud of their work
Drive Results: Set clear goals, create action plans, and celebrate wins along the way
Create the Culture: Foster a positive, energetic environment where both employees and guests feel valued
What We're Looking For
We're looking for leaders who care about people just as much as performance.
Experience leading high-volume teams (QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred)
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
A positive, high-energy mindset with a hands-on leadership style
Strong goal-setting and problem-solving skills
18 years of age or older
What You'll Get
We believe in taking care of our leaders - because when you thrive, your team thrives.
Generous Paid Time Off: 15-25 vacation days plus 10 paid holidays
Education & Growth: Tuition assistance, high school completion, ESL programs through Archways to Opportunity
Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Additional Support: Paid leaves, disability coverage, life insurance, and more
Recognition & Rewards: Service awards, advancement opportunities, and leadership development
Why Join the Bucciferro Family?
Here, you're not just leading a restaurant - you're building a community. We believe in supporting each other, celebrating success, and creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Many of our leaders started in crew roles, and we're proud to grow careers from within. When you join us, you're stepping into a role where your leadership truly makes a difference - in your team's lives and in every guest experience.
Ready to Lead Something Special?
If you're ready to bring your energy, grow your career, and lead a team that feels like family, we'd love to connect with you.
