nPAY: $17.30/hr + Quarterly Revenue Bonus

nWHAT YOU'LL DO
nAs a Budtender, you're the primary point of contact for every guest who walks through our door - people who are new to cannabis, people managing real health challenges, and people who just want a trusted recommendation. We take that seriously, and we train you to do it well.
nOn a day-to-day basis, you'll:
nnWelcome and serve guests in a warm, professional, and non-judgmental way - every time, no exceptions
nAsk the right questions to understand what a guest is actually looking for, then make product recommendations based on their needs
nProcess transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system
nMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
nStay current on products, strains, and cannabis education
nFollow all Missouri DHSS-DCR regulations and Vibe City compliance standards on every transaction, without exception
nContribute to a team that solves problems without blame and never stops looking for ways to improve
n nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
nRequired:
nnMust be 21 or older - Missouri state licensing requirement, no exceptions
nHigh school diploma or GED
nAbility to pass a background check and obtain a Missouri DHSS-DCR Facility Agent ID before your first day on the floor (we walk you through the process - it takes a little time, not a lot of effort)
nAvailability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
nStrong communication skills - you don't need to be an extrovert, but you do need to be a genuine listener
n nPreferred (not required - we train):
nnPrior retail, hospitality, food service, or customer-facing experience
nFamiliarity with cannabis products, categories, or Missouri dispensary regulations
nExperience with a point-of-sale system

nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
nn$17.30/hr to start
nQuarterly Revenue Bonus - earn more as the store grows
n3 days/week · 12-hour shifts · 36–40 hours/week
