Position Overview
BWW GO is built for takeout and delivery--digital orders, fast handoff, and food that hits every time. You'll lead the team that keeps the kitchen humming and guests coming back.
What you'll do
Own daily operations: speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality
Lead, coach, and schedule a team for peak to-go and delivery volume
Keep the line tight: prep, stations, timing, and ticket flow
Drive cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and cash handling
Solve problems fast—missing items, late orders, guest recovery
What we're looking for
Manager experience in QSR/fast casual/high-volume kitchens preferred
Strong operational instincts: speed + accuracy + standards
Comfortable leading from the floor during rush periods
Tech-friendly (tablet/digital ordering systems are part of the day)
California-required benefits & protections (no extras)
Paid sick leave (CA-required), workers' comp, UI/SDI, PFL (if eligible)
Meal/rest breaks and overtime per CA requirements
