Leadership Role in ManufacturingWe're looking for someone who takes pride in doing great work, thinks critically, and is always looking for ways to improve processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance, and developing employees while driving operational excellence.The successful candidate will lead daily production activities, support and mentor team members, identify process improvements, investigate root causes of operational issues, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance.What We're Looking ForStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detailRequirementsBS or MS degree in a life science field or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, laboratory, or similar environmentExperience supervising, leading, training, or mentoring employeesAbility to obtain respirator certification upon hireAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with an ERP systemExperience with buffer preparation, reagent manufacturing, chemical handling, or laboratory operationsExperience driving process improvements or operational efficienciesWhy Join Us?We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions.
