Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Buffet Cook to prepare and serve high-quality buffet items in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will handle high-volume food production, follow standardized recipes, and maintain proper temperatures and presentation throughout service. Responsibilities include setting up and replenishing buffet stations, monitoring food quality, practicing strict food safety and sanitation, and coordinating with kitchen teammates. Ideal candidates have prior line or buffet cook experience, strong knife skills, reliability, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
