Help Us Build the Future of Pediatric Surgery in Southern Nevada
Pediatric Surgery Associates is expanding and we're looking for a pediatric surgeon to help shape what comes next.
We’re not a hospital-employed group. We’re not owned by private equity.
We’re an independent, physician-owned practice at a genuine inflection point: expanding our footprint across two hospital systems and building the kind of programs that don't yet exist anywhere else in the region.

What You'll Do
Practice the full spectrum of pediatric surgery — neonatal, minimally invasive, foregut and colorectal, oncology, ECMO, and general pediatric procedures
Provide pediatric trauma coverage at Sunrise Children's Hospital, an ACS Level 1 Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Operate across two major hospital systems (Sunrise Children’s Hospital and Summerlin Hospital) with meaningful case volume and real clinical autonomy
Share equally in a balanced three (possibly four) surgeon call schedule, built for sustainability, not survival
What You'll Help Build
A rapidly growing pediatric market with room to shape and develop programs
Direct influence over surgical culture, hospital partnerships, and subspecialty program development
A voice in trauma systems, neonatal care, and leadership initiatives across our affiliated institutions

Who We're Looking For
A board-certified or board-eligible pediatric surgeon who is technically excellent, comfortable with autonomy, and wants to be a builder.

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
Completion or planned completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Surgery fellowship
Board certification or Board eligibility in General Surgery and Pediatric Surgery by the American Board of Surgery
Eligibility for unrestricted Nevada medical license
Active or eligible DEA registration
Eligibility for hospital privileges at Sunrise Hospital, Summerlin Hospital and other hospitals where Pediatric Surgery Associates will serve patients
