ATS Service Sales EngineerATS-Companies is the leading provider of energy management services, automated control systems, critical airflow solutions, and building systems integration. We aim to be the market leader in excellence in building technologies by providing the industry's best teams, engineered solutions, service support, and products.An ATS Service Sales Engineer develops long-term business to business relationships with ATS Waypoint customers. Work with our customers to define the scope and pricing for multi-year service support agreements, system upgrades, tenant improvement projects, and training. Our customer base includes, but is not limited to data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.Duties and Responsibilities:Sell multi-year customer Service Support ProgramsAbility to discuss the benefits of ATS Waypoint's service offerings and customize a Service Support Program (Support Agreement) to meet the needs and the budget of the customerSell owner-direct, negotiated projectsSystem upgradesSystem OptimizationCustomer TrainingEnergy Services ProjectsSkills and Abilities:Excellent time management and organizational skillsExceptional communications and interactive skillsAbility to work independently and unsupervisedPosition Type and Hours:Full-time, exempt. Typical Monday – Friday working hours with flexibility as needed. Local travel required, up to 30% of the time with occasional out-of-state travel.Credentials and Experience:AA Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBuilding Mechanical systems experienceProfessional business to business sales experienceExperience in the Building Controls industryKnowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systemsATS is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws providing equal employment opportunities.
