Pay Range: $ hourly
Rotating Schedule Requirement:
This position follows arotation schedule and requires availability to workevery other weekend. This mid-shift requires the hours of 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Our world class facility offers multiple opportunities for you to put your skills to work.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Be The Expert: Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
Solve: Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipment
Preform: Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machines
Be Precise: Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipment
Collaborate: Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformed
Support: Preform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Relevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred
2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience required
Ability to operate basic shop equipment
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
