Job description
Fernwood Property Management seeks an Assistant Chief Engineer to support the daily operation of building systems. You will inspect and maintain all mechanical equipment, log operation readings, and handle service requests in condo units and common areas.
You will train the Janitor/Maintenance staff on building procedures and equipment, and assist the Chief Engineer on supervising outside contractors. As part of the team, you will coordinate with residents and staff, respond promptly to
