Building Operations TechnicianDenholtz is hiring a Building Operations Technician to help keep The Rail and smaller adjacent sites running smoothly. The Rail is a 57-unit apartment community in Red Bank near the train station in the heart of the town. You'll handle a mix of work orders, unit turns, and preventive maintenance, working alongside the property manager and a small on-site team. You'll be a big part of why residents love living here.What you'll do:Complete resident work orders: plumbing, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, electrical basicsTurn vacant apartments so they're ready for new residentsHandle preventive maintenance on building systemsShare an emergency on-call rotationKeep simple records of completed work YardiWhat we're looking for:1–3 years of residential or apartment maintenance experienceHands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, and HVACA friendly, professional approach with residentsValid driver's licenseWhat you get:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid vacation, sick days, and holidaysPaid certifications and training
