Job TitleKey Responsibilities:Maintain the safety, security, and control of the building at all timesControl access to the building; verify identification and entrance authorizationMonitor CCTV system for anything suspicious near the buildingAlert management of anything suspicious and notify emergency services, if necessaryMaintain radio communication with truck crews throughout the dayScan personnel with metal detectorsComplete daily reportsCross-train and perform other duties as assignedGuard liability and assetsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as an armed guard or military experience or protective services experienceMinimum of 21 years of ageA valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirementsA valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licensesAble to lift at least 5 pounds
