As a Building Systems Service Sales Consultant, you’ll expand and retain a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients by delivering service and retrofit strategies that improve reliability, comfort, and energy performance.Your impactDevelop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.Cold call and book meetings with owners, facility managers, and management companies.Call on existing customers to identify additional needs and cross-sell solutions.Conduct on-site assessments—rooftops, mechanical rooms, and occupied spaces—to inform scoping.Price, negotiate, and deliver comprehensive proposals for service contracts, repair work, and retrofits tied to technical requirements.Present compelling business cases to C-level leaders and technical stakeholders.Solutions you’ll representPreventive and full-coverage maintenance agreementsRetrofit and small tenant-improvement (TI) projectsEnergy-efficiency upgrades and performance-focused programsBuilding automation and controls enhancementsWhat you’ll need5+ years in commercial HVAC service sales (required)Valid driver’s license plus the ability to commute across Hillsborough CountyHVAC mechanical knowledge (preferred)Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Comfort working in person and navigating both executive and technical conversationsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: Base salary with a commission plan.Commission structure401(k) PlanHealth PPO, Delta Dental, and Vision plansSix paid holidaysPaid Time OffWeekly direct deposit
