Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to act as charge nurse, ensuring safe, effective patient care and a well-run unit. The role leads nursing staff, plans coverage based on patient needs, and ensures smooth admissions and discharges.
Requirements include BSN, Texas RN license, charge nurse training within 90 days, and BLS/ACLS/PALS or equivalent certifications. Advanced certifications encouraged.
