Bus MonitorThe Bus Monitor assists in the safe transport of students by maintaining order and ensuring adherence to safety protocols on the school bus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Student Support and Supervision (75%)Assist students on and off the busMonitor behavior and ensure safetySupport students with special needsCommunication and Reporting (20%)Report concerns to driver and transportation staffMaintain clear communication with school officialsOther Responsibilities (5%)Additional duties as assigned by the Director of TransportationMinimum Education & Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GEDExperience working with childrenAbility to follow safety protocolsPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Training in student behavior managementCPR/First Aid certification
