Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Business Operations Specialist position in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities for the Business Operations Specialist includes but not limited to:
Printing, folding and inserting of medical related letters.
Transferring files between various network folder locations.
Preparing packages and letters for shipping and mailing.
Recording workflow status through daily reporting.
Email communications to business partners providing feedback for workflow issues.
Quality control of print production and letter workflows.
Other duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to adjust and adapt quickly to change.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, with a professional demeanor and dependable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's in this position for you?
Pay: $14.45 / Hr
Temp Contract - 6 mos.
ONSITE - Las Vegas, NV
M-F, Sat. - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. *1-2 Sat's per month required/40 hr work week

This Business Operations Specialist role is being recruited for by one of our Virtual Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
Pay Details: $14.45 per hour
