What We Are Looking For
MCL Talent Partners has been commissioned by a leading national client to drive expansion across the Kansas City market. In this role, you will act as a primary B2B liaison, presenting tailored employee benefit solutions to business leaders and delivering continuous support to client teams.
This opportunity is particularly well-suited for individuals coming from retail store management, food service leadership, customer operations, or team supervision who are ready to transition into corporate B2B consulting. Prior sales or insurance industry background is not required.
Key Role Functions
Establish direct connections with local business owners and executive decisionmakers
Present interactive, consultative overviews of workplace coverage options
Oversee new account enrollments and manage day-to-day client relationship care
Maintain daily activity records and outreach schedules within modern CRM software
Engage in structured professional development, peer coaching, and sales strategy sessions

Earning Potential Compensation

Average first-year earnings history: $47,100 – $86,300+ (commensurate with individual output)
