Key Responsibilities for the Business Advisor:
Partner with business leaders to evaluate organizational performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
Business Advisor will provide strategic guidance on business planning, financial management, and market expansion initiatives.
Facilitate problem-solving discussions and develop customized action plans to address client challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
The Business Advisor will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business results.
Build long-term client partnerships through proactive communication, ongoing support, and delivery of measurable value.
Qualifications for the Business Advisor:
7+ years of business advisory, consulting, or public accounting experience.
Manager+ experience with a Big Four or large regional accounting firm.
Strong expertise in finance, operations, and business strategy.
CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional designation preferred, with experience advising privately held and entrepreneur-led businesses.
Proven success as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.
