Job Description:
Black Optix Tint, one of the fastest-growing automotive restyling franchises in the industry, is seeking a motivated and hands-on Business Advisor to support franchise owners across our expanding network.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted coach, consultant, and operational expert—helping franchisees launch, grow, and optimize their businesses. You'll work directly with owners in the field, providing guidance on operations, marketing, training, and business development while ensuring alignment with brand standards and best practices.

The Business Advisor provides franchisees with industry training and support in assigned region while driving profitability, as well as being part of new store launches.
Essential Duties:
Support new franchise launches, including in-store setup, marketing activations, and operational readiness
Provide one-on-one coaching and business guidance to franchise owners
Assist franchisees with sales strategies, networking opportunities, and local business development efforts
Train new and existing franchise owners on operational systems, processes, and brand standards
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve performance
Collaborate with franchisees to drive marketing initiatives and local market growth
Develop, enhance, and maintain training materials, Success Guides, and educational resources
Work closely with corporate leadership on special projects and brand initiatives
Participate in Discovery Day events and support franchise candidate education
Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and franchise meetings
Ensure franchisees remain aligned with brand standards and operational programs
Partner with internal teams to identify field trends, training opportunities, and best practices
What We're Looking For:
Experience in franchise support, business consulting, operations, sales, or training
Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills
Ability to motivate and influence entrepreneurs and small business owners
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting trainings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel independently

Work directly with franchise owners and make a visible impact on their success
Collaborate with experienced leaders across the United Franchise Group network
Gain exposure to multiple markets, business models, and growth strategies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A., B.B.A., or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software. Point-of-sale (POS) software, and accounting software is a plus.
2+ years of experience in business operations, franchise support, training, consulting, or related fields
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
A credit card with an available credit limit to cover expenses
Strong background in related industry and specific production technique
Sales and business operations experience and the ability to read a profit and loss
Must be willing to travel 50-75%, and as needed for Tradeshows, Regional Meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
