Business AnalystLocation: Camden, NJ Duration: Long-term Rate: DOEUS Citizens, GC, EAD (H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this jobPrimary ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day hands-on analysis for our Meeting Rooms (planned and currently upgraded)Facilitate prioritization and requirement gatheringTest meeting room equipmentDocument and manage issues listDocument new and revised policiesPartner with internal teamsStrong analysis skillsAbility to identify trendsAbility to apply learnings to rooms at other locationsAssist with analysis of changes and associated outcomesAssist with end-user training and communicationsAccountabilities include: Tracks & prioritizes backlog Data & systems analysis across multiple environments Documenting policies and proceduresComplexity and ScopeWorking across multiple stakeholder groups in the collaboration spacePrioritize issues found in design and testing and document requirementsManaging multiple prioritiesMinimum Education RequiredBachelor's degree in business or computer scienceMinimum Experience Required5+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a data management roleBusiness Analysis background with tech exposure, preferably in Microsoft TeamsFast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end-user needsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable with hands-on use of meeting room equipment and Microsoft TeamsPlease ignore the email in case you are not interested OR overqualified.
