Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Lead business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and functional solution design.
· Create and maintain BRDs/BFS documents, use cases, user stories, test cases, data dictionaries, and data mapping documents.
· Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, development, QA, and data teams to ensure successful delivery.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
· Manage and prioritize product backlogs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Support integration testing, data validation, and defect analysis across enterprise applications.
· Maintain project documentation and artifacts using SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience in Business Analysis within Banking and Financial Services.
· Experience in integration testing and data validation using MongoDB.
· Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and transaction validation.
· Expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
· Hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and backlog management.
· Experience creating BFS documents, use cases, test cases, data dictionaries, and data mapping artifacts.
· Experience with SharePoint-based documentation and project artifact management.
· Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
