Задачи
Conduct daily meetings with the Compass UI Team;
Analyze business requests and deliver comprehensive user stories;
Collaborate with the UX designer and Product Manager of Macy’s team to gather complete and clear requirements;
Conduct refinement sessions with the Compass UI Team and clearly explain written user stories;
Write documentation according to business requirements;
Align weekly with the tech lead to ensure backend requirements are updated.
Требования
Hands-on PIM experience is mandatory;
Experience working with CRM tools for marketing technology or operational email platforms;
Experience working with GCP;
Strong requirement elicitation skills;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sophisticated trade-offs;
Excellent program management skills, including structuring programs and managing multiple interdependent workstreams across many teams in a data-driven environment;
Ability to manage priorities, write user stories, think in processes, structure documentation, apply critical thinking, facilitate discussions, and understand basic system flows;
Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs;
Experience working on Agile projects and participating in Scrum execution;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
Nice to have: Experience with GCP.
