Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III / Trust & Safety Analyst to drive data-informed business decisions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and build self-service analytical tools that empower non-technical users. The ideal candidate will have Trust & Safety experience, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and evolving business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
Develop, define, and own KPIs to measure business performance and operational effectiveness.
Deploy AI-powered analytics tools and self-service solutions for non-technical users.
Translate business requirements into actionable, data-backed recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Develop data visualizations and communicate complex insights to business leaders and executives.
Apply statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to address business challenges in Trust & Safety operations.
Required Qualifications
Experience in Trust & Safety operations or analytics.
Experience deploying AI analytics tools for non-technical users.
Strong background in business strategy, data analysis, and KPI development.
Proficiency in statistics, data visualization, and insight generation.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
