Maintain end-to-end traceability of business requirements, ensuring alignment across design, testing, training, and implementation phases.

Analyze and document current-state (as-is) processes and design future-state (to-be) workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide guidance on accounting best practices and the optimal use of ERP and EPM systems to support business operations.

Facilitate meetings and workshops, applying strong brainstorming and consensus-building techniques while effectively engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Lead and support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder groups, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge through training, industry research, and participation in professional organizations.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
