Our fully remote client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to support a rapidly growing in-house Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare business. This is a high-impact, contract-to-hire opportunity where you'll work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to drive critical healthcare initiatives. This candidate is a strong technofunctional analyst with solid SQL skills, Medicare/Encounter/Exchange experience, who enjoys solving complex business problems and influencing outcomes. Position Description
Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
Drive the process forward proactively and politely persistent to schedule calls to help move things along. Be prepared and push the envelope accordingly.
Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently
Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
Required Skills
6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience
Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation
Healthcare payer experience
Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution
Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management
