Overview
ITnova is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions through requirements gathering and analysis.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
Support system design, testing, and implementation.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Develop reports, models, and workflow documentation.
Education
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
Preferred Certifications : CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
Experience
General Experience : Six (6) years of IT or business process experience.
Specialized Experience :
Four (4) years as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
Experience with requirements management tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
