Job TitleRequired Skills3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.Preferred SkillsExperience with SAP SuccessFactors.Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII, PHI).Previous experience working with State or Federal Government.
