Business Analyst Salesforce - Senior
We are looking for Senior Business Analysts Salesforce to join our team. This role includes:
Leading functional analysis in Salesforce/Vlocity projects.
Defining the functional architecture for insurance sector projects.
Mentoring and supervising junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
Interacting with Senior level stakeholders.
Designing the migration and cutover strategy.
Applying Design Thinking techniques for solution definition.
Contributing to the preparation of RFP/SOW.
Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers as required by the project.
Requirements:
+5 years of experience in the insurance sector.
3 or more end-to-end Salesforce FSC/Vlocity implementations.
Experience leading teams of Business Analysts.
Knowledge of ACORD models.
Experience in Core projects in LATAM.
Advanced Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims).
Knowledge of ACORD Standards and Change Management.
Integration architecture and Process Mining.
Knowledge of languages is valued.
