Summary
Diamond Communications is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Strategic Partnerships Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in business analysis, strategy, and operations within a fast-paced industry.
In this role, you’ll work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic partnerships, business growth initiatives, reporting, presentations, and market analysis. You’ll also gain exposure to multiple operational and strategic areas of the business through hands-on experience and training.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market and competitive data related to wireless infrastructure assets and strategic partnerships
Support and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Develop presentations, reports, and analytical models for strategic initiatives
Assist with acquisition analysis, growth opportunity identification, and competitive assessments
Prepare reporting and updates for leadership on strategic initiatives and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree by date of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred:
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
