Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst with strong expertise in Data Technologies and a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving data-driven transformation initiatives, AI adoption, and strategic business outcomes.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience working with large-scale data platforms, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Lead requirement discovery workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Define business KPIs, success metrics, and data governance requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
Perform impact analysis and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive AI and analytics initiatives by identifying business use cases and value realization opportunities. xzgxqkn
Partner with stakeholders to define AI adoption strategies, responsible AI practices, and operational processes.
