Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Support and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with firm objectives.Conduct market, client, prospect, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.Assist with revenue-generating initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and capability statements.Partner with lawyers and stakeholders to develop and promote business development initiatives.Organize and support client events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.Coordinate marketing communications projects, including award and directory submissions.Create and distribute thought leadership and other marketing content.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
