Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $125,000.00 Base+Commission/year

Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience is a HUGE Plus
Previous Business Development Center experience required
Positive mental attitude, high energy, and self‑starter
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
Outstanding interpersonal communication and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to follow up with guests and clients
Job Duties
Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership and manufacturer events and promotions
Utilize computer and phone skills within our dealership to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention
Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
Develop and mine customer opportunities (unsold traffic, referrals, new/pre‑owned, and commercial)
