Five Star Ford Stone Mountain is hiring an Experienced Automotive Business Development Center Representative for our busy Service Department
This Job is FOR YOU if you:
Have Previous Automotive BDC Center Experience - Minimum 2 Years Experience Required
Are comfortable interacting via the Phone for an 8 hour shift
Succeed in Customer Service and have Proven Communication Skills
Appreciate training, a script to follow to ensure success and an aggressive payplan to reward your efforts and achievements!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Answer inbound calls from our own service customers and Set Appointments for our Service Customers
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Follow up with customers as needed to reset any missed appointments
Utilize our computer tracking system daily.
Previous Customer Service experience a must!
Excellent computer skills required
