Become a Recognizable Face of Monmouth Cyber Throughout New Jersey Monmouth Cyber is seeking an experienced, highly personable, relationship-driven professional to help represent and expand our company's presence throughout the New Jersey business community. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships, attending networking events, and connecting business owners.
This isn't a traditional cold-calling or desk-based sales position.
You'll serve as a company ambassador, working alongside our CEO and leadership team to strengthen Monmouth Cyber's relationships and visibility throughout New Jersey.
You'll develop relationships with local business owners, executives, professional organizations, and strategic referral partners.
You'll attend business events, build meaningful professional relationships, coordinate community initiatives, and work closely with our CEO, sales team, and leadership team to turn those relationships into qualified business opportunities.

You should have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, develop trust, and build meaningful business relationships.
You enjoy walking into a room of unfamiliar people, starting conversations, making introductions, and developing relationships that last.
We're particularly interested in experienced New Jersey professionals with established business relationships who enjoy being actively involved in their communities. Previous managed IT or cybersecurity experience is not required. We'll provide the necessary training.
Success will be measured by the relationships you develop, the quality of business opportunities you generate, and your contribution to company growth.
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 Base | $85,000-$95,000+ OTE | Uncapped Performance Incentives
