Job description

At Greylock, we believe in the power of energy. We know that energy not only charges our phones and fuels our cars, but it also powers communities and ultimately improves lives. Are you interested in joining a collaborative and empowered team that is dedicated to excellence – and improving lives?

Greylock Midstream, a subsidiary of Greylock Energy, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Director to grow our natural gas pipeline business. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will take the lead in generating new opportunities and advancing projects with manufacturers, data centers, and power generators. We have strong momentum, active customers, and a team that can execute new pipeline projects with excellence. We are seeking a self-starter who can build on this foundation, open new doors, and add new business. You will be in front of customers often – evaluating sites, meeting with executives, working with consultants and developers, and positioning Greylock as the go-to solution for projects that need natural gas. Educating prospective customers on the value of this unique model is important. If you are resourceful, resilient, and thrive in high-autonomy environments where results matter, this will be a fulfilling position.

Customer Focused : Personify exemplary customer service, deliver value with a high sense of urgency to create loyal commercial relationships.

High Integrity : Operates with honesty and transparency. Builds trust with clients and colleagues by consistently doing the right thing, even when it is difficult.

Great Attitude : Approaches work with enthusiasm and a positive outlook. Remains humble, acknowledging the contributions of others and learning from feedback and experiences.

Network : Brings to the position existing relationships in industrial development, data centers, and the construction ecosystem, such as EPCs, industrial construction contractors, and real estate consultants.
