Work with Product, Engineering and Marketing to scope, launch dn support live partnerships (e.g. preload integrations, in-app events, co-marketing campaigns, editorial features)

Manage ongoing relationships with live partners, including performance reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Track and report on partnership performance metrics (conversion, redemption rates, revenue impact) to inform deal strategy

Prepare and deliver regular partnership status updates to cross-functional and executive stakeholders

Monitor market trends and competitive partnership activity to identify new opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships or strategic alliances experience, ideally in consumer subscription products, edtech, family/kids media or mobile apps

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus

Proven track record structuring and close distribution, licensing or platform partnership agreements, including negotiating commercial terms (revenue share, bounty/CPA structures, minimum guarantees, exclusivity)

Experience managing a multi-deal pipeline simultaneously, prioritizing across partners at different stages (prospecting, negotiation, contracting, launch, renewal)

Comfort working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product and Marketing to structure deals, manage contracting workflows, and coordinate launches

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting partner facing proposals, decks, and negotiation correspondence, and delivering concise updates to executive stakeholders

Familiarity with app store mechanics (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore), OEM preload/device partnerships, or affiliate/card-linked offer programs is a strong plus

Experience with content licensing, IP partnerships, or media rights negotiation is a plus

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving partner-facing role
