A proven IT staffing sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and closing deals? We're working with a well-established IT staffing firm in the New York metro area looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join their team and accelerate growth.This is a true new business role — you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building your own book of business with the backing of an experienced delivery team behind you.What you'll be doingHunting and acquiring net-new clients — this is a new logo role, not account managementProspecting into mid-market and enterprise companies across the NYC metro areaDeveloping and executing territory plans to drive consistent pipeline growthPartnering with recruiters and delivery teams to fulfill client needs and build long-term relationshipsRepresenting the firm at industry events, networking, and through your existing professional networkWhat we're looking for3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT staffing or technology services — this is non-negotiableProven track record of winning net-new business and hitting or exceeding quotaDeep familiarity with the NYC metro market — existing relationships are a strong plusHunter mentality with strong prospecting skills (cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)Ability to communicate the value of IT staffing solutions to technical and non-technical buyersSelf-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a high-activity sales environmentWillingness to be onsite in Manhattan 2 days per weekCompensation & benefitsBase salary: Up to $100,000Commission: Uncapped, paid on placementsWork model: Hybrid — 2 days onsite, ManhattanTerritory: NYC metro areaWhy this opportunityEstablished firm with a strong delivery engine — you sell, they deliverCompetitive base with a commission structure that rewards high performers generouslyAutonomy to build your territory your way, with leadership support — not micromanagementFlexible hybrid model — the best of both worldsIf you have a proven track record of selling IT staffing services and know how to open doors in the New York market, we'd like to hear from you.
