Business Development ExecutiveThe Business Development Executive makes outbound phone calls to targeted prospects, generates interest on our wide range of B2B services. Provide consultative selling with senior management and close the business.Key traits and competencies include:Ability to lead presentations with business owners / leadersConstant energy and enthusiasmAbility to cold call and build a resourceful pipelineCapacity to take sound decisions independently, under time-sensitive conditionsOutstanding organizational skills and process-oriented thinkingExcellent written and oral communication skillsWillingness to learn, train and adapt to selling other services offered by the companyExperience in outbound sales and consultative sellingNegotiating partnerships and alliancesStructuring and closing business opportunitiesDesired skills and qualifications:A BA/BS degree and at least 4 years of professional outbound sales experienceAdvanced level of prospecting and sales experienceExperience in CRM a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-levelAbility to understand customer's industry and core business processesStrong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skillsEffective sales, marketing and project management skillsAbility to work in a team environmentMust be willing to travel within USA, if need arisesThe position is flexible, the staff can either work from our office in Wexford or can work from your own home with a flexible schedule.
