We partner with national and international companies to hire key leadership and critical roles through a high-touch, tailored search approach.We're hiring a Business Development Representative / Sales Hunter to join our founding team in Miami. You're a true hunter—comfortable opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving revenue. Background in B2B professional services (headhunting, staffing, consulting, HR services, SaaS, corporate solutions) is a strong plus.What you'll doProspect and win new client accounts in the U.S. market.Build and execute commercial plans by industry/vertical.Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing.Work closely with our consultants to ensure exceptional delivery and client experience.What we needBachelors degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations or related).4+ years in B2B business development/sales (preferably professional services).Strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape; network in Miami/Florida is a plus.Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).Results-driven, confident communicator, strong negotiator, and comfortable selling to executives.
