Business Development Intern (USA)
AppVersal · Hybrid, Tempe, Arizona · Internship (3–6 months) - 2 days work from office - 3 days work from home
About AppVersal
AppVersal helps mobile apps grow through App Store Optimization (ASO) and app marketing, improving their store visibility, rankings, and installs on the App Store and Google Play. We're expanding in the US and are looking for a driven intern in Tempe to help build our pipeline.
What you'll do
Research US app companies, from startups to established publishers, and build lead lists that match our ideal customer profile
Reach out to founders, growth leads, and marketing heads by email and LinkedIn
Book discovery calls and qualify leads before handing them to the sales team
Keep the CRM up to date and track how outreach is performing
Research competitors, pricing, and trends in the US app market
Help create sales materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
Join client calls to learn how a deal moves from first contact to close
What we're looking for
Currently studying, or recently graduated in, business, marketing, or a related field
Strong written and spoken English, and comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
Organized and self-motivated, able to own your work
Based in or near Tempe, AZ, or willing to relocate
Eligible to work in the US
Interest in mobile apps, tech startups, or digital marketing
Bonus: familiarity with ASO or app marketing, or tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a CRM

This is an incredible opportunity to dig deep into the world of Apps. AppVersal works with some of the largest names in the world of Apps and manages the portfolio of some very large App brands. You will be responsible for marking a dent in the world of Apps as you talk to clients, customers, users and get to know the ins and outs of the App business.
The company itself has a portfolio of more than 33 Apps which is used by users worldwide.
